Delivery of your Order: Estimated times for deliveries and collections provided by Humblebeez are only estimates. We do not guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times. By selecting to have your Order delivered, you are confirming that You will be present at the delivery address you indicated in order to receive the Order. If you are not present at the delivery address when the Order is delivered, and the Order is being delivered by Humblebeez, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you in order to determine where to leave the Order. If we are unable to contact you, we may leave the Order at a reasonable location outside, close to the delivery address. We will not be responsible for the Order (including the quality or safety of the contents of the Order when you find it) after delivering the Order. Please note that when Humblebeez is delivering the Order, we will decide whether to leave the Order outside the delivery address if you are not present.


If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any Products or the service provided by us and wish to seek a refund, a proportionate price reduction or any other compensation, you should contact us directly to lodge your complaint and, where appropriate, following the Takeaway own complaint procedures.
